Love Your Park project – Final Report
Posted on 26th June 2011The Love Your Park project is a community arts initiative designed to enhance the bare concrete walls of the renovated MJ Dougherty Reserve on the corner of Mitchell & Wentworth Streets, Glebe, with some artworks created by local Glebe residents. The project was co-sponsored by the City of Sydney and the the Glebe Society. The final report for the project is available here.
Glebe Society submission to SHFA on Bays Precinct report

Hope Street mid-winter Luncheon seeks volunteers – 26th July
Posted on 23rd June 2011HopeStreet is planning a mid-winter luncheon on Tuesday 26th July, at Uniting (Café) Church, 37 St John’s Road. HopeStreet has secured funding to provide a lunch for approximately 70 people from the Glebe Estate. The organisers are in need of some volunteers to help with the running of the event, for about 2-3 hrs of your time.
NAIDOC Week in Glebe – 3rd & 9th July

NAIDOC Family Day, Sunday 3rd July, 10am till 3pm, at Victoria Park, and CORROBOREE Night, Saturday 9th July, 6.30pm till 11pm, at Glebe Youth Service. See the Poster for further details.
New Members evening at Benledi – 1st July
