And the answer is…
After considerable research, Wayne Carveth identified Jack Jones with his homemade aeroplane in the backyard at 108 Hereford Street. The photo, dating from about 1910, was probably taken by Jack’s brother William. The full story of the young inventor was told in Bulletin 1/2022.
