By the Editorial Team, Bulletin 7/2024, September

This month we received lots of great entries showing different aspects of Glebe and Forest Lodge – some very well known views, others views less so and some of the humans and animals that share our neighbourhood.

A difficult decision but the winner this month is A Glebe Local by Jude Paul. The lighting and the simplicity of the composition – and the cat – won us over. The runners up were Take My Hand by Mary Regan for its very inventive use of monochrome and colour and Bush Track in Forest Lodge by Judy Christie which reminds us of how our neighbourhood has benefited from those far-sighted residents of the 60s and 70s who have passed on a wonderful legacy by their actions to protect our bush heritage. An honorable mention goes to Where’s the Catch by Lyn Collingwood for its clever title.
