DD/2024/509 1-7 Bellevue Street, Glebe

The application is for modifications to convert the former St Ita’s Church and School into a dwelling. The building, built in 1899, is a contributory item in the Lyndhurst Heritage Conservation Area. In our submission to the City of Sydney, the Society recommended some modifications to the application, including the retention of an external door.
