Who lived in your street? Margaret Colbourne
Posted on 28th October 2024Staunch trade unionist and member of the Toxteth branch of th ALP, Margaret Colbourne, née Margaretta Mitchell, lived and worked in Glebe all her married life, from 1894. Her name lives on in Colbourne Avenue, off St Johns Road.
