Guest speaker
Our guest speaker is Elizabeth Farrelly. She will join us in conversation with veteran journalist and former Glebe Society President, Allan Hogan.
Dr Elizabeth Farrelly is a writer, critic, award-winning columnist and a former City of Sydney Councillor. Trained in architecture and philosophy, she is host of the Substack Make Me a City, a regular columnist in The Saturday Paper and ArchitectureAU, host of The Sydneyist on Eastside Radio, and founder and CEO of The Better Cities Initiative, established to transform the culture of city-making around citizen-led planning and connectivity – a particular passion for Elizabeth.
Members are invited to stay for light refreshments after the meeting.
